Anyway, I'm thinking about splitting off a few more files from the main 
bot: connection.[ch] for everything to do with sending to/receiving from 
the server, and local.[ch] which shall handle everything in local chat. 
For the time being, these files will be small, but I expect especially 
local.c to grow substantially over time. Splitting it off now keeps the 
main code clean and small.

Comments? Suggestions? "Take your bloody ideas elsewhere, I'm removing 
your cvs access"?
