#48 Connect to Instance as ubuntu user

The "Connect to Instance" menu always assumes the "root" user can connect, but, by default, Ubuntu only allows the "ubuntu" user to ssh into the instance. Please add an option at the end of the "Connect to Instance" menu for root | ubuntu | other . I'm sick of changing it manually every single time....
