#36 Make Tags persist across browsers

I love the Tag feature so I can keep track of which EBS volumes and instance are which. However if I set a tag on my machine at work and then use elasticfox from machine at home, the machine at home doesn't know anything about the tag. Would be great if somehow these could sync.

+1 for this feature. Using SimpleDB as a mechanism for storing the tags seems straightforward.
