#32 make tags available to multiple people

i manage an ec2 environment with more then one admin. it would be great if a "tag file" can be specified to save into the s3 portion of the account. this would allow all the tags on instances and ebs volumes, snapshots, etc... to be saved into a global area so that all people using elasticfox to manage the ec2 environment will have a synced set of tags

Like Bookmarks Sync, I think there is a way to sync preferences files between multiple computers. The tags are currently stored in Firefox preferences.

Yes, the new TAG-Field helps a lot to get a better overview. An Export would be great.

And more TAG-functionality would be great:
- TAG-Field for Elastic-IPs
- Display the TAG-Field in the Instance-Select-Box when you attach an EBS-Volume to an instance; the same with attaching an Elastic-IPs to an instance
