#29 Add options to launch instance dialog (Volumes/EIP)

It would be nice if ElasticFox would allow you to specify the volumes and/or elastic IPs you want to attach to an instance when you launch it.

I know the API doesn't support these with the launch command directly, but maybe ElasticFox could monitor the instance launch and do the EIP/Volume attach as soon as the instance was in a state that was ready to accept it.
