#1 Less clicks to get to saved alarms

Storing the alarms in preferences is not very
intuitive. It also takes too many clicks to get to the
alarm you want to load it. Suggestions:

1. You could add another menu item between Edit and
Help such as Load, which would have a list of saved alarms.
2. Additionally a button next to Start, Clear, and
Pause would be good to get to the dialogue for loading
saved alarms.
3. The list of alarms above should load upon double click.

Note: alarms are for a set time, a timer is more of a
countdown. Should they be called the same thing in here?
