I am from Russia and I have a problem.
Russian letters are reflected unicode symbols in html source,
for example р
Is it a bug ?
I need to correct this error.
Please help me.
that's not a bug. the symbols of the kyrillic alphabet are not part of the default ASCII-standard. therefore they are converted into unicode html-entities. it ensures that any browser on the world can display the characters in the correct form.
i understand that you have a need to turn off the html-entity support. do i understand this right?
i will add a tracker item to allow support for turning off html-entities in the configuration.
i'm not too familiar with the latest ekit code, as i'm normally working on another editor project. therefore i would like to redirect this question to howard kistler.
nevertheless, i submitted a feature request for you on this topic and hopefully the developers will include it soon.
thank you for your reply.
