[ekhtml-devel] Compiling in Win32

Hi,

I followed your tips in the post related to fixing Win32 compilation. However, I still can't manage to make it compile. I'm using Visual Studio 6.0, and it is looking for a header file called "ekhtml_tables.h" (included from ekhtml.c, and possibly other files), which doesn't exist in the distribution I have.

Any tips?
