The implementation should use the JMX capabilities such as
Monitor and so on, to be portable accross implementations.
Alarming should includes :
- three or four levels for monitoring : normal, warning,
exceeded, etc.
- different triggering methods : on value threshold, on number
of threshold, w/o retriggering, etc.
