Summary: Workspace Persistence

Initial Comment:
Create a simple persistence framework to make 
persistent the opened windows, the notifications 
registration and the graph settings.
The preferred format is xml as it is simple and human 
readable.
Must be generic enough to support the unification 
project of all the Swing Browser.
