Summary: Look and Feel

Initial Comment:
Swing applications should be able to catch-up

cold-deploy custom look and feel.

If one put a JAR file containing the Look and Feel in

the lib/ext folder, it should be pickup automagically.

Override should also be possible via a configuration file.

These feature is considered to be trivial and easy to

implement.
