Summary: JMX Notifications handled in a better way

Initial Comment:
Significant improvements have been made on the JMX 
Notifications for Swing based console.
The mecanism is now more fault-tolerant with strange 
behaviour (deconnection, server killed, and so on).
The notifications and cache services has been reviewed 
to skip remanent informations.
