#2 Wrong directory creation

I have tried this plugin on my linux box but the
creation of project directories dosnt work.

ex:
workspace /home/crx/dev/java/

when i try to create a new progejct using 'java project
custom' the new directory is
/home/crx/dev/java\mynewproject and not
/home/crx/dev/java/mynewproject and eclipse cannot
recognize the project.
