#13 Incorrect (but hard to see) punctuation in examples

In the Users Manual (UserMan-1.00.pdf), on page A7, the
example says "java –Xruntracer" instead of "java
-Xruntracer" (with a dash '–' instead of a hyphen '-'
in front of the X).

It looks like there are a few other places in the doc
where a dash is incorrectly used, too.

It cost me a few hours to figure out why it wasn't
working when I copied and pasted from the doc. I hope
I'm the only one who got stuck on this, but I doubt it.
