Ejen-1.1-pre2 is released

This is new ejen-1.1-pre2 release (I was very busy, sorry for the delay).

It includes many changes and improvements in the system, and the EJB demo has been completly rewritten: EJB 2.0 specification, JBoss-3.+ with Hypersonic SQL, mySQL and PostgreSQL support, XSL/servlet-based testing web application.
