I've just downloaded EJE and was wondering how to view the
source code for it (for learning purposes).

I think to view sourecode you need to checkout using cvs path specified. You can use a software like tortoisecvs.http://www.tortoisecvs.org/

You can download the source code from the download section (the file shoiuld be named eje2.9_src.zip.
