EJBSpaces is a JavaSpaces(TM) implementation that is accessed through a J2EE application server such as WebLogic, JBoss, WebSphere, etc.
There are two goals to this project:
1) Introduce JavaSpaces as a general solution to a wider audience.
2) Provide a business-centric, enterprise scale implementation of JavaSpaces
We hope to make JavaSpaces a more usable and accessible technology for business needs.
EJBSpaces is designed for both easy experimentation and as a production class application.
Our third Alpha release marks the start of our compliance testing, toward our goal of 100% compliance with Sun's specification.

Release early - release often! The EJBSpace alpha release is the first step toward an Enterprise JavaSpaces solution.

While not (yet!) for the inexperienced - EJBSpaces is nearly feature complete. Future tasks focus on increased test coverage and complete implementation of the JavaSpaces specification.
