[Ejbca-develop] Upgrading from Community 6.3.1.1 to 6.5.0

Hi everyone,

I was looking into UPGRADE document in EJBCA Community 6.5.0 to see how the
upgrade should be performed on 6.3.1.1.

Is there any documented way how to perform upgrade from last Community
version 6.3.1.1 directly to 6.5.0? (assuming there are no custom changes)
