[Ejbca-develop] Renew CA and CRL, OCSP still contain old certificates

Dear all.

We are using EJBCA 3.10.3 for CA and OCSP service, LDAP to store issued
certificates. Now we need to renew CA to upgrade using SHA-256.
The problem is how we renew CA and keep CRL, OCSP still contain old
certificates.
Is there anyone did this before ?
Please give us a help.
