[Ejbca-develop] EJBCA - PostgreSQL Configuration Best Practices

Hi all,

I'm an experienced DBA, however I'm new to EJBCA. Currently, I'm trying to
tune the EJBCA PostgreSQL database for best performance. Is there any thing
I should take note in particular?

I will be following the general PostgreSQL best practice in general..
