[Ejbca-develop] Migration of ejbca GUI implementation

Hi folks,

as I can see in the recent version of ejbca you are using a new style of
GUI implementation. This new approach makes it a bit harder for me to
'remote control' the GUI. But I'm happy to see that you introduced a
'bulk upload' of certificate profiles. That's very handy! Do you plan to
introduce such an upload functionality for the other administration
aspects, too?
