[Ejbca-develop] Encoding's error on spanish language

Hi ,

I installed ejbca 6.1.1 on jboss 7.1.1 with mysql 5.5 and all encoding 
configuration is UTF8 and I use spanish language on the web interface 
but i have problem with character encoding because some character are 
wrong represented.

I have locale system on UTF8, mysql database and tables is 
utf8_general_ci and i config web.contentencoding=UTF-8 on web.properties 
and 
database.url=jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/ejbca_db?characterEncoding=UTF-8 on 
database.properties .

What is my configuration's error? Can any help me?
