[Ejbca-develop] RSA key or exponent with first byte 00

Hi,

as i was issuing certificate through EJBCA command line and through CRL I noticed one issue. I do not know if it is by the standard or a bug - if either RSA key or exponent begins with byte 00 HEX this byte will be truncated from key or exponent inside issued certificate. Is there any way to prevent EJBCA doing this ?
