[Ejbca-develop] IA5String(DomainController) to BMPString(DomainController)

Hi,

I changed the entries in src/java/org/ejbca/core/model/ca/caadmin/X509CAInfo.java at line 9xx and 
also the bouncycastle header entry from IA5String to BMPString

I then shutdown jboss and did a redeploy  .... 

I still have the below after the redeploy ....

Extensions: 
                       critical(false) 1.3.6.1.4.1.311.20.2 value = IA5String(DomainController) 

                       critical(false) 2.5.29.14 value = DER Octet String[20] 

                       critical(true) BasicConstraints: isCa(false)
                       critical(false) 2.5.29.35 value = DER Sequence


It appears to not have worked.
