Search "end entity " feature in ejbca 6.1 community edition allows us to search first 500 records and when i use webservice method i-e findUser(UserMatch match) it returns just 100 records.how can i search all the records of users/entities registered with RA.

There are limitations in the number of records that are returned so you need to narrow your searches (or change the source code of EJBCA).
Returning too many records will cause your client, or the server, to consume too much memory RAM (imagine returning 10M records).
In the GUI you can configure Maximum Query Count in system configuration.
For WS it is hard coded.
