Is there any possibility to use EJBCA 6.3.1.1 with the OpenJDK 8?

Yes, it is.

EJBCA compiles with OpenJDK8 and you can run it on WildFly 8 or 9.

See the installation manual https://www.ejbca.org/docs/installation.html:
EJBCA 6.x compiles, deploys and runs with WildFly 8 and WildFly 9 (release following 6.3.1.1).
