#8 what to do after download?

Hi, I downloaded EIRC-1.0.2, EIRC-1.0.2.tar, EIRC-lib-1.0,
EIRC-lib-1.0.tar, and YABB_2_RC1. Where do I go now
to get ot the website I want (which requires the
downloading of YABB)? Thank you.
