#5 Support single Frames per Window

Holla,

it would be nice, to have an option, that tells
eirc to open new frames for each Window (Channel,
Query etc.).

At the moment, the behaviour is a bit harassing,
because, if you are actually typing some text
and some new nick MSGs you, a new window appears,
you get dropped to the new InputLine (maybe
without noticing it) and continue typing there.

Not to mention the fact, that you can only
read one Window at one time at the moment :)

New Frames should appear in the background without
focussing it, to prevent the above and to prevent
situations like 'I'm just typing my password, a
window plops up, I continue typing it there and
send it away'.

New Frames should appear at fixed coordinates
relative to the actual/eirc-main Frame to
preserve things like InteractiveWindowPlacement.

Not many people asked new frames, in fact, they were rather
interested by notebook style tabs.
But I was myself thinking about frames, and it's interesting
to have both framed and non-framed chats windows.

Anyway, for the focus stealing at the moment, you could just
remove the check in the options : "Focus on new privates
messages."
