Dear all,

Onby (and on SVN) a new draft release:

- in this update now MANY things should work with accents (such as 
Wiener Würstl, la solución española, czesky pivnice ..., etc. )
- probably NOT working yet: everything associated with XML - import / 
export (including PE2)

Please do some tests as soon as possible: if it's robust enough, maybe 
we can give green light to use this version for the trainings in Prague 
and Warszaw.
