I have a corrected database from Damjan (he deleted the 0's ... ) but I still did not have time to include it. I someone has time to create a new benchmark.xml on this ... ? > > less important, but helpful for us to answer the questions in the > trainings: > 1) Is the reading of project data from excel questionnaire already > working? yes/no? In principle we have the tools to do this (same procedure as with report), but no time for programming this. > 3) Preferences: Does the user need the debug modes for the CC in any > case, or was this just for internal CC check debugging? No. The user does not need this. Anyway a "normal" user won't understand anything of these debug messages :-) > 4) Where are the different modes of EINSTEIN > interactive/Semi-automatic/automatic best defined - so that the users > can re-read - in the audit guide or rather in the manual? ? I think in the manual (chap. 2 there's something written, but very bad ... I just copied the slides from the Sabadell meeting) In fact, at present there's very few difference. INTERACTIVE - SEMI-AUTOMATIC: as far as I see there's no difference at all in the present state of the tool. INTERACTIVE - AUTOMATIC: In automatic mode: 1. the auto-pilot doesn't ask for confirmation in automatic mode 2. in some design assistants (HP, CHP) the final selection of equipment is done automatically, whereas in the interactive mode a pop-up appears that let's the user select among two or three automatically pre-selected equipments. > > below some more questions for the trainings from yesterday. > and a small comment: for us the link to subscribe to the EINstein > users is not working in the menu option - help. For the fuels, I think there is a PE conversion factor in the fuel data base. For electricity, there is the table "electricity mix": the idea was that the user can define his/her own electricity mixes with the corresponding conversion factor. Nevertheless, I think programming this remained on half-way, so up to now some default values are used (3.0 for electricity). > > Heat demand proc: car industry: why is UPH higher then UPHproc when no > HX is inserted? Should there be a differenc between the values stated in Q1/ > product data/energy consumption per product and the SEC shown in the > EnergyIntensityPanel? data ENTERED in Q1 are for present state. for other alternatives energy consumption by product should be CALCULATED. (this is NOT done right now, as we still have no methodology of how to associate processes / equipments to a certain product line ... the only thing we could do is maintain the same proportions of the present state, and increase/reduce proportionally ... but: this is NOT working !!!) > For car washing example: Q1: 0,15 mWh/product - reasonable, > EnergyIntensityPanel: 0,03 kWh/product ? As stated above, for demo better use the "SEC by product" panel.
