With all the polyphonic phones coming out, a method
to download MIDI rings to phones is needed. Right
now about the only way to get them is to pay a stupid
price to a big corporation for what should rightfully be
free.
One of the steps to this is being able to send
multipart SMS messages to the phones that don't
have IrDa or computer cables.
