Thanks for your quick reply.

Using the new config file had the same results.
If I do a download from yahoo manually it uses the following url line:
http://ichart.finance.yahoo.com/table.csv?s=3DA&d=3D0&e=3D20&f=3D2006&g=3Dd=
&a=3D10&b=3D18&c=3D1999&ignore=3D.csv

The last part of the line is different than what is in the config file
