I believe what you want is the basic linear command, which extracts
the current value from the input function being analyzed (which in your
case is the RSI function).  So your diagram would change to (where BLC
is the basic linear command):

                      GT_OPERATOR
                      /          \
                     /            \
                   BLC         Constant

Note: In the latest version of mas, Constant has been renamed as
Numeric-value-command.  (Since it can function as either a constant or as a
variable whose value can change during run.)
