[MAS-announce] Announcing release 1.6.5 of MAS

Version 1.6.5 of MAS has been released.

The major news for this release is that MAS is now officially available
for Windows systems and MAS can now retrieve its end-of-day data from
yahoo.com, using their free web-retrieval service.

(The GUI has not had any significant changes in this release.)
