The database scripts are in a separate tar.gz file. Sorry for not making
that clear in the doc. I'm attaching the file with this email. Let me
know if you need help. (You might want to consider joining the mas discuss
.) It's gotten rather active lately and if you run into problems and I'm
too busy to help, other list members may be able to help.
