I tried to create a new indicator
Closing Price - Exponential Moving Average
When I view the values generated for this indicator , it is
always zero.

However when i create an indicator
Closing Price + Exponential Moving Average
non zero values get displayed.

To create the indicator i used subtract function. I
suspect that there is a problem with this. Kindly advice.

To be able to help you find the problem, I'll need to know
exactly what you did to create this indicator. The best way
to do this would be to save the resulting console session
(input and output) when you create the indicator (which, on
Linux, you can do via the 'script' program). It would also
help if you can use the -r option to macl and send me the
    resulting file.

I'm closing this because I have not heard back wrt the
details I requested to determine if there is a problem and
what it is. The bug can be reopened if I receive enough
    information to investigate the problem.
