[Eiffel-emacs-users] Updates needed

I want to add highlighting support for the note keyword (replacement for
indexing), and also correctly highlight functions that are not marked with
the "is" keyword (annoyingly, this has been dropped from the standard,
obscuring the cost model still further). This will mean multi-line parsing,
but I've checked the elisp reference manual, and it is possible to do this.

Do I have commit authority to the repository (sourceforge name is
colin-adams)?
