eHour v0.61 released adding SQL scripts

Due to a mistake the SQL scripts needed for the database install were not included in the v0.6 release.
Version 0.61 is a repackage of v0.6 but with the scripts included.
You can also download just the SQL scripts, they're under version 0.6 in the download section
