I find and replace the regex in class.egw_framework.inc.php
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge" />'."\n";
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE9" />'."\n";
and find and replace the regex in fckeditor.js
navigator.appVersion.match(/MSIE (.\..)/) ;
navigator.appVersion.match(/MSIE ([\d.]+)/) ;
It seems to be ok
