EGD: Entropy Gathering Daemon / News: Recent posts

I've made a new release of EGD to pick up some small bug fixes that have been hanging around for a while. EGD is a perl program that provides /dev/random-like functionality for systems without in-kernel entropy gathering.

The license has also been changed to dual GPL/X11 by popular request. Have at it, please report any bugs in the sourceforge bug tracker system.

I'm moving EGD development over to SourceForge. egd-0.8 is now available for download. The next version will feature some portability fixes and a switch from GPL-only to dual GPL/X11 license.
