Segmentation fault when trying to write a file (on
linux, FAT12). 0.1.11 hasn't this problem

    I cannot duplicate the segfault. Could you send me the image
    that caused the segfault + instructions on how to trigger it

    I found the bug you mentioned. It popped when less than 5
    buffers were used. The problem was in a function that
    requested sectors in a loop but forgot to release them
    causing IOMan to give NULL pointers when it ran out of memory.
