eFresh / News: Recent posts

I plan to make eFresh a program to detect installed software on your PC and see if updates are available for all of the programs in one go. This will ideally be achieved if every program author has a small (XML probably, I have not decided on the format yet) file on their web server which will let eFresh know of the latest version and some information about it. Other methods will be available, such as scanning a webpage for changes or detecting a specific string in the page. I will ideally commit every change to CVS, so the most up-to-date code will always be there. Now all I have to do is begin writing.
