[Efl-sharp-users] EFL C# binding and its portability

Dear Sir or Madam, 

supposed I'd write an application in C# which uses EFL libraries via C#
binding and compile it on Windows or Linux (x86 or x64 architecture). Then I
move this application on ARM8 + Debian or Yocto. The CLI (bytecode) would
run without changes using Mono-runtime, but will the C# binding find the EFL
libraries smoothly? Has anybody tried? Is it possible to download ready
Windows-compiled EFL libraries from somewhere?
