From the IDE log:

WARNING [org.netbeans.core.modules]: the modules [net.sf.efhnbm] use org.openide.options which is deprecated: Use org.openide.util.NbPreferences instead.

Btw: I you were on Github or Bitbucket with this project I would happily do the work needed and submit a pull request.
