#58 Cannot manipulate proficiency points

Under the proficiency tab, I cannot change the points assigned. Hitting individual keys will only scroll through the list and left or right mouse clicking does not pull up sub-menus like other fields do under other tabs.

At the bottom, you should see buttons - and + to remove or add a Proficiency dot for the listed weapons.
