#3 EEIP.NET secret message with special service code

Hi,
I want to use the EEIP.NET dll for communicate with a GRIDCONNECT GC PORT modul.
There is a "Secret Message" :
Service Code : 0x45
Class : 0x67
Instance : 0x89
Attribute : 0xAB
Data : 0xCD

How can I send this message to the module ?
