EP20 | Launcher: Background graphics doesn't look right.

Method:
1. Log into the desktop (screen resolution 1024x768)
2. Look at the graphics in Launcher

Result: The globe image appears as an egg shape. EP20 will need graphics for
resolutions higher than 800x480.

We need to look at how graphics appear in various resolutions supported by the
device.
