Asus | SCIM (KO): Unable to type Korean "Won" sign.

Tested in 2008.01.21_17.25-asus-4g-ko-ko.

BUG: Korean "Won" sign cannot be typed using Korean keyboard. This is a
well-known bug yet a major one. The current Hangul Input Method Engine for
SCIM is 0.2.2-1. Upgrading to 0.3.2 might have a better way of remapping
keyboard. Logging this bug for tracking purpose.
