Objectives

Adding or removing plug-in code by adding or deleting
.jar files with configurations changes only needed if
specific to the plug-in. Plug-in configurations should
not be part of the main properties file, but should be
maintained in a separate plug-in configuration.

Acceptance Criteria

Adding the default plug-ins will make them available on
the server. The plug-in configurations will need to be
modified to turn specific features that are disabled by
default.
