#66 Structure Export for OAI

The Portland State team has created a collection nav bar than can display structure of the collection, much like Edrepo does. Making the structure appear in Ensemble requires that structure information be added to the OAI provider information.

- explore the options via discussion with the Portland team
- create a design for Edrepo and add the feature

The minimal version apparently is a "part of" addition to the OAI file
